Course Format

• Standard course duration: 4 Hours

• Up to 12 participants per course

• Theory is applied directly through practical hands-on exercises

Course Content

Understanding and Assessing Emergency Situations

• Understanding the body’s response in emergencies

• Recognising critical signs and symptoms

• Assessing situations safely and effectively
  
  

Emergency Communication and Response

• Effectively contacting emergency medical services

• Communicating clearly and confidently in critical situations

• Maintaining composure and situational awareness under pressure

Basic Life Support & AED

• Recognising cardiac arrest

• Performing CPR correctly and effectively

• Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely

Medical Emergencies

• Unconsciousness

• Breathing difficulties

• Heart attack and stroke

• Severe bleeding

Optional Additional Modules

• Head injuries

• Spinal injuries

• Asthma & respiratory distress

• Allergic reactions / anaphylaxis

• Additional modules available upon request

Course Delivery

Training sessions are conducted directly at your club facilities or at a venue of your choice — anywhere in Switzerland.
